Key Responsibilities

  • Counsel students on study destinations, institutions and programmes that match their career goals and budget.
  • Prepare and submit applications to our partner institutions and track them through to admission.
  • Guide applicants through study visa documentation and interview preparation.
  • Coordinate tuition deposit payments, accommodation placement and airport pickup for departing students.
  • Maintain relationships with partner universities and keep destination knowledge up to date.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 2+ years' experience in education consulting, university admissions or a client-facing advisory role.
  • Working knowledge of admissions for Canada, the UK, the USA and/or Europe is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent spoken and written English; empathy and patience with students and parents.
  • Organised, target-driven and comfortable managing multiple applications at once.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle walk-in, phone, email and WhatsApp enquiries and route them to the right advisory team.
  • Schedule and confirm consultations for counsellors and advisors.
  • Keep client records accurate and up to date, and follow up on outstanding documents.
  • Support the Business & HR team with document collection for registrations and filings.
  • Gather client feedback and help us keep service quality high.

Requirements

  • HND or Bachelor's degree.
  • 1+ year in customer service, front office or administrative support.
  • Excellent phone manner and written communication in English; Twi is a strong advantage.
  • Confident with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems.
  • Warm, professional and highly organised.
